Trevor Hills LLB (Hons) MSc
Trevor is an expert business and employment consultant with senior management experience as an HR Director in a multinational and in managing a small printing and publishing business.
Trevor’s highly successful approach combines his expertise in business with solutions focused coaching to improve business, management and leadership performance in organisations. As a specialist adviser he works with directors and human resource managers to identify the actions required to effect real change.
He has extensive experience and expertise in people management and organisational change with a range of private and public sector organisations. This includes managing re-organisations, mergers and acquisitions, and contractorisation – covering all aspects of employment management and transfer of undertakings regulations and conducting negotiations with Trades Unions.
Trevor led the promotion of equal opportunities and diversity in Northern Ireland and orchestrated workforce planning linked to budgetary processes, staff training and development plans.
Trevor is a member of the Institute of Physics, Institute of Directors, and a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
